I dont think so:
Song writers pitch their songs to numerous artists. Many artist record the same songs because the song writer gave it to them. What ever artist buys the song, gets to keep it and release it on an album. But the other artistas can still record it.

B5 never released that song on an album so they are not getting any profit from it where as that song maybe on Mishon's album.
I dont know if that song is on his album, i never bought his album, idk if its even out yet, but Mishon can sing so its whatever.
